Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner had submitted a proposal as far back as on 02nd November 2019, for issuance of registration certificate to run a Child Care Home under the provisions of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.

In similar situations, this Court has disposed of petitions by issuing appropriate directions for decision on the proposal. 4.

Accordingly, we dispose of this petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the proposal of the petitioner on its own merits if it has not already been considered, under communication to Shrikant Malani

If some deficiencies are noticed, opportunity may be extended to the petitioner to comply with it in the light of the observations in the judgment of this Court on 08th September 2022 in Writ Petition No.7821 of 2021 (Mother Teresa Balakashram Vs. State of Maharashtra and others). The decision shall be taken as expeditiously as possible and in any case within four months, under communication to the petitioner.
