Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for issuance of notice to respondent Nos. 4 and 5 who are residents of Mumbai and Thane, by substituted service. He states that though Dainik Punya Nagari is mentioned, this Court may direct the petitioner to have the notice published in any largely circulated newspaper in Mumbai and Thane. Considering the above, this Civil Application is allowed. 2.

Issue notice to respondent Nos. 4 and 5, returnable on 07th September, 2018. The petitioner shall publish the notice either in Marathi Daily Lokmat / Sakal / Divya Marathi in Mumbai and Thane edition, at least two weeks prior to the returnable date in this matter and produce a copy of the newspaper on record.
