The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner has been given N. A. permission. In view of that, prayer clause (B) does not survive. 2.

Considering that N. A. permission has been granted, the Sub Divisional Officer, Shirdi shall reconsider his order dated 16.05.2019. The parties shall appear before the Sub Divisional Officer, Shirdi on 10.02.2020. The parties shall put forth their stand before the Sub Divisional Officer, Shirdi. The Sub Divisional Officer shall thereafter take a fresh decision in respect of the subject matter of the order dated 16.05.2019. The Sub Divisional Officer shall take decision on its own
