The petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad to take decision on the representation tendered by him within a stipulated time. An affidavit-in-reply has been presented on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer, wherein it is stated that the decision has already been taken on the representation of the petitioner and the same has been rejected. In this view of the matter, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is rejected.
