In the event any order is passed and as apprehended by the petitioner, adverse to the petitioner's interest, then, till such time, as the petitioner approaches the appellate forum, and the appellate forum decides an application for stay, the adverse order should not be given effect to. However, this is a limited direction and the adverse order, upon communication to the petitioner, should not be given effect to for a period of 15 days, so as to enable the petitioner to avail of alternate remedy of appeal and make an application for stay therein. Writ Petition is disposed of.
