PER COURT :- 1.

It is informed to this Court that the parties have entered into a compromise. By order dated 01/10/2024, the parties were directed to remain present before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court for verification of the compromise.

In compliance with the above order, the parties appeared before the Registrar (Judicial). The Registrar (Judicial) verified the compromise and submitted a report stating that the terms of the compromise were explained to the parties, who have signed the same. The parties acknowledged the recitals in the compromise terms, confirmed their signatures, and admitted that they voluntarily entered into the compromise without any force or fraud being exerted upon them. Today, the parties were also present in Court. 4.

The Samta Nagari Sahakari Bank has handed over a demand draft of Rs. 15 lakh in this Court today. The same has been accepted by the employee, Dilip Tukaram Nikam.
