Present application has been filed for withdrawal of the amount. As regards present matter is concerned, amount of Rs.3,59,915/­ has been deposited. Taking into consideration the fact that the acquiring body has filed appeal challenging the quantum of the compensation, the applicant is allowed to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount subject to filing an undertaking within a period of eight weeks that he would make the said amount good, if directed at the time of final disposal of the first appeal.
