The learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners appeared for CET examination. The petitioners are exploring possibilities of admission to professional course. The Committee be directed to decide the validation proceedings.

The petitioners have approached the Court very late. The petitioners ought to have approached the Court earlier.

If it is possible for the Committee, the Committee may endeavour to decide the validation proceedings in respect of the caste claim of petitioners preferably by 05.11.2020.

The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 17.10.2020.

Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
