Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Both these applications for withdrawal of the amount are taken together since they are arising out of the same accident. The amount is deposited by the appellant in the office of this Court. The applications are opposed by the learned counsel for appellant. However, since the applications are filed by the original

69 n 84 ca.7968.24.odt claimants, who have lost the earning member of the family, the following order is passed:-

O R D E R

I.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount alongwith accrued interest deposited in this Court on furnishing usual undertaking. Further 25% of the amount with accrued interest is allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The remaining amount be kept in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank to be renewed periodically till disposal of the appeals.

With this, both the civil applications for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of.
