The grievance of the petitioner is that, the validation proceeding is pending before the Scrutiny Committee since the year 2017, however, the same is not decided. The petitioner has completed B. E. course.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/State submits that, on 09th September, 2020, the vigilance report is forwarded to the petitioner, but the say is not filed by the petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 12.01.2021 and shall file say to the vigilance report. The

2 wp 7024.20 Committee shall decide the proceeding on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of say to the vigilance report. 4.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
