The Petitioner has challenged the order dated 14.01.2004 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kandhar by which Criminal Revision No.59/2003 (old No.33/2003) filed by the Petitioner was dismissed.

It was stated before this Court on 26.06.2013 that the Petitioner, namely, Vishwanath Shivraj Dige has passed away and the death certificate would be produced on record. By noting the said statement on 26.06.2013, the matter was adjourned by this Court.
