The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application for issuance of the caste certificate is pending with S.D.O., Degloor since November 2018. The same is not yet decided. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents and submits that in case, the application of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 would decide it on its own merits.

In case, application of the petitioner for issuance of caste certificate is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide
