This application is filed for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased Supadu Ananda Kathar Wani, the appellant-original claimant in the appeal, who died on 9th March 2018. This application is preferred by his legal representatives shown as 1-B/A to 1-B/D. There is delay of 2203 days caused in filing civil application.
