Considering the contentions raised in the application and having regard to the objections raised in the memo of appeal, in exception to the impugned award, I deem it appropriate to allow the applicants to withdraw an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- ( Rs. five lacs ) on an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed against them, they will re-deposit the amount within four months of passing such order. Civil Application disposed of accordingly.
