The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is exploring possibility of seeking admission to the professional course. The validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the scrutiny committee. The respondents be directed to decide the proceeding within a period of two weeks. 2.

The petitioner has approached the Court late. The petitioner ought to have approached the Court earlier.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is exploring possibility of seeking admission to the professional course, the respondent No. 2 / committee, if possible, shall endeavour to decide the proceeding by
