This application is for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the respondents/appellant in this court. 3.

Learned advocate for the respondents opposed the application.

However, considering that in similar matter arising out of the same proceeding, this court has permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 100% of the amount deposited in this court and since the question involved in the appeal is only as to who is exactly liable to pay compensation, this court finds it appropriate to allow the claimants-applicants to withdraw the entire amount deposited in this court. In view of the same, following order is passed:-

ORDER

a] The application is allowed.

b] The applicant is permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited in this court alongwith accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking. c] The application stands disposed off.
