The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 91 of 2016 registered on 29/05/2016 with Muktainagar Police Station, District Jalgaon for an offence punishable under Sections 420, 408, 468, 119 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 146(h)(p) and 147(h)(p) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act.

While trying to make out case for grant of pre-arrest bail,

3391.16crapln -2Mr. Hon, learned Senior Counsel for the applicant would urge that the applicant is statutory auditor appointed under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act for carrying out audit of the co-operative society is questioned and is falsely implicated in the crime. According to him, offence is registered at belated stage. 2.

At this stage, learned Counsel for the applicant, upon instructions, makes motion for withdrawal of the criminal application. Motion is allowed. Criminal Application stands dismissed, as withdrawn.
