Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.P.P. for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 State and learned counsel for respondent No.3.

Perused the application. The reasons assigned in the delay condonation application appear plausible. The Court is of the view that delay is neither deliberate nor inordinate. Hence, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The delay caused in preferring the revision has been condoned.

The learned A.P.P. waives service of notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. The learned counsel Mr. S.D. Hiwrekar waives service of notice for respondent No.3.
