The apprehension expressed by the petitioner is unfounded since no decision, as yet, has been taken by the Tahsildar and the Tahsildar, who is the Taluka Executive Magistrate, has been instructed to conduct inquiry and take decision in the matter by the Collector, is expected to act independently and take decision on the basis of material produced before him.
