By these applications, learned Assistant Government Pleader seeks stay to the execution of the decree under challenge. 2.

There is huge delay. The execution and operation of the decree under challenge is stayed subject to the applicants depositing the decretal amount along with costs and interest accrued thereon within two weeks from today. In the event of failure to deposit the amount within the stipulated time, the instant order shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. 3.
