Dual prayer is made in the present petition, however, at present we are not inclined to consider prayer clause 'C' as today there is no apprehension writ at large in case, the College issues any notice or resorts to take any adverse action against the petitioner, then, the petitioner is at liberty to take up appropriate proceedings.

Validation proceedings is pending since the year 2012. The Respondent No.3 committee shall endeavour to decide the Tribe Claim, expeditiously and preferably within one year. Petitioner shall co-operate in the expeditious disposal of the said proceedings.
