PER COURT :- The applicant Mohommad Amnula Khan claiming to be the LR of Shahadibegum w/o Mohd. Yousufali Khan who is deceased, prays for condonation of delay of 534 days caused in filing the Civil Application for bringing the LRs of deceased respondent No.1-B Sambhaji Somnath on record.

After hearing the litigating sides, this application is allowed. The delay is condoned. Applicant Mohommad Amanulla Khan shall bring the LRs of the deceased respondent No.1-B Sambaji Somnath on record within a period of three weeks from today

{2} CA 11465.08.odt failing which, this petition will stand abated as against the deceased Sambhaji Somanath. Consequentially, the Civil Application praying for quashing of the abatement order and seeking leave to bring the LRS of the deceased Sambhaji on record, is allowed.
