According to the petitioner, his name has been illegally deleted from the electoral rolls of Bhusawal Legislative Assembly constituency and as such, he has tendered a representation to the District Collector, Jalgaon on 3rd July, 2015. The petitioner prays for issuance of directions to the District Collector to take decision on the representation tendered by him expeditiously. 2) In the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition can be disposed of by directing the District Collector, Jalgaon to take decision on the representation tendered by the petitioner on 3.7.2015, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from today and it is accordingly directed. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
