The petitioners in this group of writ petitions, have already been admitted to the professional course in observance of the interim orders passed by this Court. The Caste Certificate Verification claims of the petitioners forwarded to the Scrutiny Committee are yet pending and no decision has been arrived at. In the circumstances, we direct the respondent No.3 to take decision in respect of the caste certificate verification proposals of the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 8 months from today.
