This Court had issued notice in Writ Petition No. 3624 of 2024, vide order dated 23rd April, 2024. The amount of Rs. One lakh, as directed by this Court, was deposited by the Applicant/Petitioner State, on 21.06.2024. However, since the office objections were not removed, the Writ Petition got dismissed for default. 2.

The Civil Application is filed within limitation. 3.

In view of the above the Civil Application is allowed. All office objections shall removed on or before 6th September, 2024 and thereafter, the Writ Petition would stand restored at the stage at which it was dismissed.
