The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has appeared for the NEET examination. The result would be declared today. The petitioner is exploring possibilities of admission to professional course. The Committee be directed to decide the proceeding.

The petitioner has approached this Court very late. The petitioner ought to have approached the Court earlier.

Considering that the petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 17.10.2020.
