These applications are for withdrawal of the amount

deposited by the appellant Union of India.

Learned Advocate for the applicants relies upon the order passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 6395 of 2023 alongwith connected applications. This Court has permitted the applicants therein to withdraw entire amount alongwith interest subject to the satisfaction of the Registrar, (Judicial) of this Court. In view of that this Court is inclined to pass following order :

ORDER

a) The Civil Applications stand allowed and disposed off.

b) The applicants are allowed to withdraw entire amount deposited along with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking respectively.
