PER COURT :- The applicants have pointed out the order passed in Civil Appeal No.3688 of 2015, where-under, the Honourable Supreme Court has permitted the appellants therein, to withdraw the balance amount of 50% on certain conditions. Supreme Court has permitted withdrawal of the amount to the extent of 50%, out of balance amount, without furnishing security, whereas the balance 50% of the amount is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing surety to the satisfaction of the Collector. The order passed by tis Court on 14.2.2014 therefore, deserves to be modified and the applicants shall be permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount, out of the remaining amount, deposited by the acquiring body, on furnishing bank guarantee to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) and the balance 50% of the amount, shall be permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing undertaking to the effect that in the event of success of appeal, the applicants shall redeposit the amount within a period of 12 weeks from the date of such decision.

The Civil application is disposed of.
