The learned AGP tenders across the bar written instructions received by the Special Land Acquisition Officer dated 05.01.2024. He points out that pursuant to the award passed under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, he has already received Rs.36,26,248/- and the payment would be made to the petitioner. We take on record the written instructions and accept the statement as an Undertaking to the Court.
