Per Court :- Present Criminal Application is filed by the Applicant for grant of anticipatory bail, since he is apprehending his arrest in connection with CR No.55/2015 registered with Police Station, Nandurbar (City), District - Nandurbar for the offences punishable under Section/s.420, 498(A) (B), 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

[2] Heard Mr. Satej Jadhav, learned counsel for the Applicant, Mrs. S.G. Chincholkar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Maharashtra and Mr. V.P. Raje, Advocate h/for Mr. C.R. Deshpande, Advocate for the First Informant.

2/2 cri.appln. 3541.15..sxw [3] On 8 th July, 2015 this court referred the dispute between the present Applicant and the first informant to the Mediator in view of the fact that dispute arose due to matrimonial discord. Both the Applicant and first informant extended fullest co-operation to the learned Mediator - Mr. PR Patil, Advocate and with the help of learned Mediator, the first informant and present Applicant have resolved their dispute, by reaching to the certain terms, which are reproduced in to writing.

[4] Both the parties are acted on the said terms. In that view of the matter, present Applicant is entitled for the relief, which he has claimed. Hence, I pass the following order :-

ORDER

(i) Criminal Application is allowed.

(ii) Interim order dated 8 th July, 2015 stands confirmed.

(iii) It is expected from both - Applicant as well as First Informant to adhere with the settlement that arrived between them, in true letter and spirit.

(iv) With this Criminal Application is allowed and same is disposed of accordingly.
