The learned counsel for petitioners submits that the registration of petitioners institution is canceled. The petitioners have filed an Appeal. The Appeal is pending before the State Government / Hon'ble Minister. Since January 2020, it is not being decided.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents and submits that Appeal would be decided in accordance with law.

In case, Appeal filed by petitioners (Page No.33) is pending with State Government / Hon'ble Minister, then the same shall be decided on its own
