The Applicant prays for condonation of 147 days' delay in filing this civil application for seeking setting aside of the order of the Registrar dated 02.02.2015 by which the Writ Petition was refused registration for non removal of office objections. For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay of 147 days is condoned. The Applicant/ original Petitioner shall remove all office objections within a period of FOUR WEEKS from today as a last chance. After all office objections are removed, the Writ Petition shall be registered.
