Per Court :- This is an application filed by the Respondent in Writ Petition. In view of order passed by this court [ Coram : R.M. Savant, J.], in Writ Petition on 27th June, 2008 the Petitioner therein - Balasaheb Shankarrao Suryawanshi has deposited Rs.1,10,000/- in this court. Earlier in the year 2009, an application was moved by the present applicant - wife for withdrawal of the amount and this court [ Coram : Naresgh Patil, J.] on 23rd January, 2009 permitted the applicant to withdraw Rs.20,000/- from the said deposited amount.
[2] By the present application, applicant is praying for withdrawal of entire remaining amount. Said prayer is opposed by the learned counsel for the Respondent. However, he has fairly submitted that the applicant may

In view of the difficulties which are expressed in the present Civil Application, the applicant is entitled to withdraw Rs.50,000/- [Rs. Fifty Thousand only] from the deposited amount. Civil Application is disposed of. [2] At this stage, learned counsel for the respondent / wife made oral prayer for early hearing. Prayer rejected. (V.M. DESHPANDE, J.)
