The contention of the petitioner is that, the petitioner has given application seeking transfer to the place near to her husband's workplace. The said application is not considered by respondent no.4.

In case, representation filed by the petitioner (Page No.83) seeking transfer is pending with respondent no.4, then respondent no.4 shall
