This application is filed for withdrawal of amount deposited by the insurance company in this Court. Since the application is filed by the claimant, whose claim is allowed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Aurangabad, it would not be proper to keep the amount idle in this Court. Hence, following order :- 02.

The application is partly allowed. The applicant is allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court along with accrued interest on giving usual undertaking.
