This is an application for quashing of the entire criminal proceedings in pursuance of the First Information Report (FIR) dated 23.03.2022, being Crime No.207 of 2022 registered with Tophakhana Police Station, Ahmednagar for the offence punishable under sections 143, 147, 149, 312, 324, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.
