PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of by directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take decision on the application tendered by the petitioner, claiming rental compensation, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from to day and it is accordingly directed. On determination of the amount of rental compensation, respondent No.4 shall ensure payment of the compensation to the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of such determination.
