Present application is for condonation of delay and bringing legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.4/ Mulidevi Laxminarayan Kagliwal and Respondent No.7/Subhash Nandkishor Kagliwal on record.

The legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.4 is already on record who is Respondent No.2/Nandkishor Laxminarayan Kagliwal. The legal heirs of Respondent No.7/Subhash Nandkishor Kagliwal needs to be brought on record as shown in title clause of the application. There is no serious dispute for the application in
