The applicant prays for recalling the order dated 20/06/2018, by which, time was granted to the petitioners for removal of office objections in the Writ Petition filed on 03/04/2017. The petition has been dismissed as office objections have not been removed. 2.

Learned advocate for the respondent submits that if costs are imposed, the said amount can be donated for the treatment of poor patients.

In the light of the above, this Civil Application is allowed, subject to condition that the applicant shall deposit costs of Rs. 250/- (Rs. Two hundred fifty only) with the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary,

Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft (Demand Draft to be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad - CSR Fund") and shall report compliance of this direction by producing a receipt of having deposited the amount, before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court on/or before 20/08/2018. 4.

Subject to removal of all office objections on/or before 24/08/2018 and payment of costs, the order of this Court dated 20/06/2018, shall stand recalled and the Writ Petition would be restored and listed for admission on 28/08/2018. ( RAVINDRA V.GHUGE, J. ) S.P.C.
