This contempt petition is filed alleging the disobedience of the order dated 30.01.2017 and more particularly on the ground that the respondent nos.2 to 4 have not decided the representation of the petitioners till date.

We accordingly direct respondent no.3, the Special Land Acquisition Officer (II) to decide the said representation within six weeks from today without fail. A copy of the order that would be passed by respondent no.3 shall be communicated to the petitioners within one week from the date of passing of the order. 3.

In view of these directions, we do not propose to initiate any action under the Contempt of Courts Act against the respondents. 1/2

The contempt petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
