In Writ Petition No. 15392/2017, this Court under order dated 14.02.2018, had directed the respondents to make the payment of the compensation amount as per the award dated 30.05.2016 within six months.

Mr. Singh, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no payment has been made as yet to the petitioner till date and respondent Nos. 5 and 8 are creating impediments for the payments. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has also filed Contempt Petition bearing No. 657/2018 for non compliance of the order of this Court and the said Contempt Petition is pending.

In our opinion, the present Writ Petition for the same purpose would not be maintainable. The petitioner may prosecute the Contempt Petition. This Court would take cognizance of the contempt, if there is a deliberate and willful non compliance of the order of this Court.

With the aforesaid observations, Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
