PER COURT :

The petitioners are armed with Tribe Certificates which are not in the prescribed format. They have submitted a fresh proposal and expect the respondent authority to issue the Tribe Certificate in the prescribed form 'C', prescribed under the Maharashtra Scheduled Tribes (Issuance of certificate and verification of) Rules 2003. 2.

It does appear that the petitioners' fresh proposals are pending which have been filed online on 10/06/2023.

In fact it is not the fault of the petitioners. 4.

The respondent No.2 ought to have issue Tribe Certificates in the

WP 6773-2023 prescribed format as per the Rules.
