Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The applicants are seeking bail in Crime No.31 of 2023, registered at Nanalpeth Police Station, District Parbhani, for the offences punishable under Sections 304, 341, 143, 147, 149 of the IPC and Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act.

3. Similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail. Therefore, the applicants deserve parity. Hence, the following order :

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant Nos.1. SHAIKH KALIM S/O. SHAIKH TAMIZ, 2. SHAIKH SAYEED S/O SHAIKH HUSSAIN, 3. SHAIKH MOHAMMED RAEES AND

4. PATHAN MOHSIN KHAN S/O SHABBIR KHAN be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of the like amount each, in Crime No.31 of 2023, registered at Nanalpeth Police Station, District Parbhani, for the offences punishable under Sections 304, 341, 143, 147, 149 of the IPC and Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, on the following conditions :

(a) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) They shall attend the trial on each effective date.
