Heard learned advocates for the parties.

Though Mr. Tungar, learned advocate for the respondents purports to resist the application, yet he is not in a position to dispute veracity of the contents in the civil application, particularly as those are occurring in paragraph No.4. 3.

In view of aforesaid and the delay being not inordinate, I deem it appropriate to grant the civil application. 4.

As such, civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and stands disposed of.
