Heard the learned counsel for Applicants, the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.3 and the learned counsel for Respondent No.5 as well as the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.6.

None present for Respondent Nos.1 and 2.

The learned counsel for Applicants submits that Applicant No.1 is a widow and she has no independent source of income. Further, she has to maintain Applicant Nos.2 to 4, who are minors Applicants and further to take care of Applicant No.5 aged mother-in-law. Learned counsel for Respondent No.3, learned counsel for

In view of the above submissions and for the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed and the delay of 454 days caused in filing the first appeal is hereby condoned. Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
