The petitioner has a 'Mannervarlu' tribe certificate, recognized as Scheduled Tribe in the State of Maharashtra. The post for which he has moved an application for recruitment requires the tribe certificate of 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe in the format as prescribed by the Central Government.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he would complete the formalities by offering his existing certificate for verification, on or before 25th August 2022.
