Notice to respondent made returnable on 10.8.2015. 2.

The learned AGP for the appellants submitted that there is no money decree and there is challenge to the decree on the ground that the amount was recovered by exercising the power by Tahsildar. She submitted that execution proceeding is already filed for recovery of that amount and so, the State wants stay to the said decree.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, stay is granted subject to condition of deposit of entire amount within one month from today. If the amount is not deposited before Executing Court within one month, the stay shall stand vacated automatically.
