This application is for withdrawal of the amount deposited in this Court by the appellant/Acquiring Body. 2.

The applicant relies upon the order passed by this Court dated 04.02.2020 passed in Civil Application No. 15246 of 2019. This Court by the said order allowed the applicant therein to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited in this Court on furnishing usual undertaking. 25% of the amount is also

15ca7510.24 withdraw ( 2 ) permitted therein to withdraw on furnishing solvent surety. Hence this Court is inclined to pass following order :

ORDER

a) The Civil Application stands allowed and disposed off.

b) The applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount alongwith accrued interest of the deposited amount on furnishing usual undertaking.

c) 50% amount of the deposited amount with accrued interest is also permitted to withdraw on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial), of this Court.
