The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. I-220 of 2013 registered with Shrirampur City Police Station, District Ahmednagar for an offence punishable under Section 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/25 of the Arms Act.

The complainant has filed complaint alleging that when he along with his gunman was going to his house from office on bike, three unknown persons had fired at him.

The applicant is arrested on suspicion.

The investigation carried out till date does not depict prima facie to infer that the applicant is involved in the crime in question.

In view of thereof, in my opinion, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail. Hence, the following order :- The applicant be released on bail, in connection with Crime No. I-220 of 2013 registered with Shrirampur City Police Station, District Ahmednagar for an offence punishable under Section 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/25 of the Arms Act, upon furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount.
