The agreement entered into between petitioner and Wakf Board permits the petitioner to collect the entry fees at Panchakki for a duration of one year. There is no reference to the extension of period in the order passed by the Wakf Board nor there is any agreement entered into between the petitioner and Wakf Board to enable him to claim recovery of entry fees for further period of two years. 2.

In this view of the matter, the prayer in respect of grant of extension for further period of two years does not deserve consideration.
